We have developed an innovative business model based on prefinancing (pay-as-you-go). We help States to buy their equipment from the company awarded the tender contract. Agreements are then established with partners so that this technological equipment is pre-paid. The equipment is then put at the service of local populations while the States define their own repayment plans (timeline, frequency and value of installments).
Thanks to this model, the public institutions with whom we work are able to anticipate costs and define realistic repayment plans. Furthermore, we are keen for States to devise repayment plans they can afford. Lastly, we establish agreements with States following official tender processes to guarantee transparency.
